The WP-101G is a wireless print Server of 54 Mbps. with a USB 2.0/1.1 print port. This combination makes it possible to rapidly print without cables and with a great deal of flexibility. It can function in point-to-point mode or in infrastructure mode  wit a data key of 64/128 bits. It can support the TCP/IP, SMB, NetBEUI, and AppleTalk protocols, ensuring the compatibility with the Windows, Unix, and Macintosh platforms.

Simple installation
The use of the installation CD makes the installation of this device a very simple process, for an assistant guides you in the configuration of the print server and in the installation of the drivers of the printers. Of the assistant is not used, the      Universal Plug & Play directly shows the icon in “My Network Neighbor” in your computer. Clicking on all this, you can connect without having to know the configurations of IP addresses. Macintosh users will be able to enjoy a very simple installation thanks to the “MAC OS Rendezvous Zero Configuration”.

Printing from Internet
This print server also permits a remote e-mail y FTP printing. It is therefore possible to send text files via Internet and the print server will remotely print them.  This is the ideal alternative to the FAX for sending messages without having to turn the computer on. 

Flexible management
The WP-101G offers flexibility in the configuration; one can click twice in the icon and use UPnP or use the Web management to configure the device.  For network administrators, it can support SNMP MIB2. With the SNMP software, it is possible to configure and monitor the functioning.
